Wrapping machines for sweets
A wafer-thin, sensitive piece of mint chocolate is to be wrapped with high speed, long side leading. The shortest possible cut-off length is the key to the success of this product.
FUJI’s exact control of the cut pitch guarantees an extreme short and one side open pack. Only in this way the consumer is able to take out the small chocolate piece. With the help of the FUJI heat pipe system (NASA patent) the high quality paper film is “hot” sealed with high capacity.
The FUJI high speed infeed system with low line pressure transfers the chocolate pieces into the FUJI wrapper, which controls all machine functions centrally after the motion control principle. The easy communication with the up and down stream equipment enables the perfect integration of the wrapping lines.
